When you send us a quote request, here's what we do with your information.
What we collect
Your name and email, what you're planning, and anything else you choose to add: an event date, a location, a rough budget, or photos, mood boards and sketches.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Your message goes to our team by email, and whoever is on call gets a text so we can reply quickly.
Where it's stored
In a private storage system that isn't public and isn't searchable. We never email your files as attachments — our team opens them through a link that expires after 7 days.
How long we keep it
We delete your submission and any files 90 days after you send them, unless we're already working together — then we keep what the project needs.
