I got started in this industry about 20 years ago and quickly realized it was the kind of work I wanted to keep doing. I loved how every project was different. There was always something new to create, a problem to solve, or a better way to make an idea work. Seeing something go from an idea on paper to a finished project in front of you is still one of the most rewarding parts of the job for me.
Over the years, I’ve worked on all sides of the process: creative, design, production, fabrication and installation. That experience eventually led me to start Fasano Creative and build a company around the way I believe projects should be done.
I’m still personally involved in every project. I enjoy it, but I also think clients deserve that attention. I want to understand what they’re trying to achieve, be there when decisions need to be made, and help find solutions when something unexpected comes up. I don’t want to completely hand that responsibility off to someone else. I want to stay close to the project and make sure what we deliver is what the client expected, and, whenever possible, even better.
